There seems to be no shortage of "labels".  In and out of real estate.  Some can be embraced, others are dismissed.  Quickly as well as over time and due to a number of circumstances.  Choose wisely.

Provocateur definition, a person who provokes trouble, causes dissension, or the like. Why in heaven's name would I want to be an Agent Provocateur? Since when did causing trouble of dissension become a part of our job description?

You're kidding right? There are so many it's unbelievable. They want to start crap 24/7 & sometimes argue just for the fun. Anti-Z haters, Z haters, people that hate NAR even though they are not in real estate.

The jerks are plentiful. Don't know the answer other than they love to hear themselves talk & bashing their ideas over our heads. 

Just saw someone that used to work for Z, he's still telling everyone who can't or doesn't want to work around them (Z) that they are mentally deficient. Give it up, just like Trump bashers. Got anything else to say!!! They say we can't give it up - I say they can't.

Why would a real estate agent want to be an AGENT PROVOCATEUR

The agent provocateur lost the competition for the listing. However they know things about the house that was disclosed, that the winning agent does not know. The stage is set for the loser to entrap the winner into making what could appear to be an incriminating statement or concealing action.  Agents are never so devious are they?

In Florida, it is not a required disclosure to report a death. The multiple murders by machete fell under that classification. Access to the house was made available by an agent allowing the neighbor to drop a letter onto the kitchen counter. The day of final walk-through the seller reads the note. The intrigue was tangible.

no one would or should want to be known as an Agent Provocateur.... that's someone who creates trouble!!!!  I've never heard anyone called that.... nor would I want to be in the same group or company as that person...
