Most landlords are not foolish enough to get into unlawful evictions. 

Make sure you study your states laws, maybe get a good attny that specializes in this and hope you do well in court.

If the sheriff performed the eviction, it was by court order. Questioning of process is a job for a real estate attorney.

My thought if it was done by the sheriff it is legal. If they did it on their own with out court approval it is illegal. I wish you luck for getting justice. File a complaint with the FL bar assoc. if the lawyer is breaking the law.
