Well aware, and Bob Stewart has made it clear that AR management's stance is the posts don't violate community guidelines, they are real estate related and management does not want to limit the number of posts members can make in a day.  So while those members miss the social engagement opportunity, that's their choice.  And since the posts are real estate topics, they're not hurting site authority.

It actually hurts them as no one wants to read them. They lose potential readers, they lose potential followers and lose the valuable part of AR of engagement, comments and the ability to connect with others. Lastly it is just rude.

The ptb won't do anything about them, but they don't have to because nobody reads them. The trick as a blogger is to avoid them so that your post doesn't get lost in all of theirs. Fortunately that's pretty easy.

No one likes that, it's been brought up here & outside of AR many times. I suppose it all comes down to what is in the Terms of Service & if it qualifies as a violation.

When ever agents engage in 'Done For You" services such as blogging, the entire re market gets polluted with homogeneous content. Many agents on AR have revealed, they are too busy to do their own work and prefer DFY options. I too have engaged my own Internet pollution service to auto post on SM platforms.

A question I have is 'How can this be a problem if it is your choice whether to read or follow? "

However, be aware, blogging on AR is intended to be consumer facing and the visitor may be unaware of the redundancy since they are not in the same tunnel as the real estate professional.

Now, let's talk about the 'serial' question poster.....  ahh, maybe I see the problem.
