non sequitur is what comes to mind for me. Logic and symmetry may or may not go together at all. The most efficient logic would get some someone from A to B in a straight line - no symmetry involved. Any involvment of symmetry would be a correction to handle a deviation from a straight line. If "Symmetry of Logic" is simply the name of someone's school of thought about how to run or operate a business - I'm not familiar with the material. But when I read the phrase - it's not logical or sequitur for me.
