If you are trying to get https://www.smartwayamerica.com/property/PM-73914/ to show up in the search engines, it WILL NOT happen.

You have a major technical issue with your property pages, they have robots noindex on. The SEs will not index the pages.

Kris, I did a search "61 lower ridge view cir unit a east stroudsburg pa 18302" and found some listings but not as many as I would have expected. 

I clicked your link and the z page that I saw showed the property as 'for sale.'

When weird things like this happen, I go in and uncheck boxes, obsessively check details like house number, street number, street spelling, zip code, etc.

Also, compare it to the tax records (the address, etc.). Sometimes the tax site has different addresses (even cities) than what we enter in MLS and that confuses Z, T, R & the like.

I'm seeing it on Zillow now.  The Unit number can cause some issues as a search on the address can (and does) pull up several other listings.  I do see it feeding to a couple agent sites as well.

In addition to what Dario Ferreira said, I'd like to add that the URL naming of your property listings has room for improvement.  Instead of having the MLS ID in there, it should be the address.  While "exact match" URLs are no longer a ranking factor, having the keywords in the URL are.  No one is going to search on PM-73914, but they will search on 61 Lower Ridge A.

Google will see the address in the URL and that will help your rankings.  Best to make that change before changing the "noindex" to "index" for your property pages though.  Wouldn't want the old way to get indexed.

Houston, we have  problem.  I think it is only a minor one.  Get on the z thing first.  you can do it.  

That has never happened to me.

From my experience, 'A' unit will not make a difference. If it is for sale now it will end up on top. 

I would check to be sure that directions (geo code) are correct in your MLS & Z. My one listing was having problems being found by Google & it did take a few extra days to show.

6 - Go in your profile, find listing & be sure on the right it says for sale. I just had this happen on a relist. 

Have not experienced something like this before. 

Post it on your blog post and share this with all of your social media pages.

One way to elevate your listing on Z is to post an open house.

As far as google goes, it is hard to get ahead of the big guys, but you can help it along with enough sharing on Social Media.

What about withdrawing the listing and then reposting it?

The problem is the address.

Meanwhile list the property on your blog, here and website with ALL possible similar addresses. Correct the MLS to match the legal or go with how Zillow likes the address if your seller cares about Zillow

Take control of your own listings. Go to each site starting at Z and edit. It could be your address. For condos i find issues with how the listings get sent. Some times is do 1465-16 Main Street. For others I may do 188B Main Street for units that a, b or c etc. That makes my unit stick out rather than 9 listings all at 188 Main Street, We have check boxes in our listings who to syndicate or not syndicate to, doe syour do that or blanket send?

I am with Dario and Ryan and much much more.  There is so much more to SEO and understanding it than can be conveyed here ... it could fill a library. 

I would go to our tech manager for help

Get on 40 sites log in and advertise.  Ask sellers to pay TV ads, if they are desperate enough. 

It would be confusing leaving off a unit #.
