Due to events on the news this morning, it is highly likely those considering big ticket purchases may elect to shelter in place as events unfold.

I will keep my real estate business going but will diversify to include lower cost options for citizens to keep the cash flowing. Actually, this is not a new direction but solidifies for me, that diversification may be an exceptional strategy.

My goal will be to have 25% or more of my income from the alternative source. (real estate income is hard to replace and may prove a true opportunity cost magnet)

My real estate goal is to increase transaction count by 15%. That increase should be directly connected to a new marketing initiative intended to increase consumer empowerment.

I had an amazing 2019 for my biz. I'm still astounded by the growth.  This year I want to take it easier w/ some more time to myself, more exercising/losing weight and just grow the business 7.5%.  This amound will offset the active income income I built first have of last year.  So less work, more focused and more profitable.  If I get more, that's great.
