The last quarter of each calendar year is always busiest for me . . . December is usually the busiest month. January is already kicking my butt which is fine . . . since I focus on commercial, the low season usually comes in late Spring/early Summer when y'all's residential market is hopping. That suits me fine! Sun and fun for me!

Depends on where you are located. In Illinois busier in July while in Florida it was March and April. Those trends are changing,

Sept and Oct.

I didn't have a standout month! In our retirement/second home market usually it is March or early April. Our clients want to be moved in by May to take advantage of the beach as it starts to get warm

Dec was actually a good month, contrary to what most seem to think.

For me, it was the second quarter of 2019...

The whole year was pretty much even month to month

Second and last quarter is busier for us.

As a retired agent, 2019 doesn't apply.  As you can see, the answer will vary based on market and specialty niche.  Consistency of marketing will also have a big impact. 

Seasonal variations here on coastal Florida are measurable but clinically insignificant.

March, when the snow birds have visited and decided its a nice place to live.

May, when the Spring Training folks reach the same conclusion.

June, when those SFH folks want to get a jump on the season.

Aug, when the vacationers conclude this a a great place to live and those wanting to be relocated before the school years starts.

Dec. for those whose window of opportunity closes at years end.

Such awareness can empower an agent to customize a CTA or message to a very specific audience in addition to tailoring the footprint of the message distribution.

we had a year filled with months of consistent production.... I don't know which month had the most.... one of the summer months, I think.

Each year varies. I have killer months in February, August & October.

Real Estate is made up of many parts, dynamics and literally has its own time-tables. Agents assist, guide and nurture outcomes. All activity is fruitful

It varies, especially when clients come in several times and then finally commit to a purchase. The 4th quarter was very good last year. Am currently revving up for 2020!

January was the best this year but it varies from year to year.

It varies from location to location and from year to year. Late summer and early fall is the strongest time of year in my area most of the time.

Some years this varies, sometimes it is early Spring Feb-May, sometimes it is 4th quarter when the relocation companies are busy.

All year is busy. Spring and summer see the most closings.
