My desk has been being cleared over this holiday, but it still has 6 open files on it I'm working on! 

Coffee, LOL I will have 2 or 3 in the AM AFTER water and a green drink. Alkalinization first! 

First one, if I'm in the mood will have dark cacao, cayenne, cinnamon and stevia (Mexican) topped with a dollop of heavy cream. 

I've also been known to make 'bulletproof' with ghee . . .  I'm moody! The blender is often too much bother for me . . . but it's good!

Second one will have stevia and cream.

Third IF I have it will be black like my heart . . . 

I usually do not want or need the 3rd!

I drink coffee throughout the morning....I begin EVERY DAY with a large hot cappuccino with skim milk and 4 splenda.... every- day.... and from there I'll have one coffee at home with sugar free creamer and 4 equal.... then I transition to decaf for the rest of the morning.... I'm awake....alert.... and off the blocks and running for the day....

whether it's coffee or green tea, I only use my Focus Realty Brian England coffee mug...

Love the new coffee press, clean, efficient, no plastic, no mold growing in unseen dark places hidden inside a machine.   The microbiologist who wrote about dumping the keurig to the curb inspired a change after years of coffeemakers and the occasional broken pot.  

Have you tried Keto coffee with a pat of butter or MCT/coconut oil?

I have two or three cups of home brewed coffee every morning and that's that. One 1/2 teaspoon of turbinado cane sugar, a splash of milk). If I have to go out first thing and haven't had it yet, I bring it with me. I very rarely buy any.

Oh, you're speaking my language, Andy! Yes, I'm a coffeeaholic - and one of the few things in life I'm a snob about - Just like a good wine, I love a good cup of coffee!

I drink it from the time I get up until 10PM! Of COURSE, I drink water in between - at least 90 oz during the day. I love choices so, sometimes I use ready-made Ghee; othertimes I make my own by blending in a little MCT oil to make it Bulletproof! These are my choices and what I use daily...

Yep, a big part of the day with a typical cut-off time of 2pm, sometimes 3pm.

Always with a dose of good-fat (yes, good fats are back!) like Coconut Oil, Butter from Grass Fed cows, or Heavy Cream. No sweetener to spoil the good mood the fat creates.

Last year from a Dr Ken Berry video I started adding a dash of Real Salt to every cup, to help replace the salt that coffee has us excrete (good salt is back too!).

Most days I'll also spike one or two cups with a dash of Turmeric to keep things interesting!

I just set a timer on my coffee maker so when I wake up at 5:45 my coffee is ready. I add a splash of milk or creamer, no sugar. I drink 2 in the morning. We have a lot of Dunkin Donuts in CT, from there I get a Macchiatto or a Latte. After a big dinner at an Italian restaurant I like a Double Espresso with sugar & a lemon rind.

A cup a day is how I like to begin each day. A little agave syrup and cream hits the spot. There are different ways I take it. When I'm detoxing I may take it black only. If I have a 2nd cup then it is a half calf or no calf.

At hoAt work me I have a one cup coffe machine where you put your mug in for a fresh cup of coffee each time, nothing fancy, just regular classic roast, non-dairy powdered creamer and one small teaspoon of sugar please.

At work we have a Keurig, organic brand something, very tasty. How many? No limits.

I'm restricted to one 6oz Nespresso Bold with heavy cream and a Stevia Splenda each morning.  Love Love Love it and won't give it up.  My pup gets the left over foam in the bottom of the cup and cries and cries if I forget!

A good cappuccino is my favorite, but I usually stick with plain ole' coffee- little bit of organic honey and some almond milk.

I had a few sips of coffee back in the early 70’s and not a drop since.

The taste didn’t “wow” me and back in those days I was a radio dj. 

The last thing I needed was hot coffee or a hot cigarette in my lap or on my records.

So I never picked up either habit.

My wife doesn’t drink coffee so we keep a Keurig® for family and friends but that’s it.

I seldom drink coffee, when I do it's as black as midnight on a moonless night.  Like adding ice to whiskey, adding sugar or cream to coffee is an abomination.

For me it's tea in the morning.  Not as much caffeine as coffee and still a nice warm drink on a cold day.

Give me two cups of coffee to start my day BUT must be low acid!

I mix regular and decaf half and half to make "half caf" and brew at home. Black with Stevia and I'm good to go. 

If using K cups (when not at home) I take one decaf and one regular, drink the decaf first then the high test.

After that, no more coffee...it's water or iced tea (green or regular).

If I am out and about in the morning or meeting someone, I will get a Starbucks or coffee stand drink. Most days, I make a pot at home and use French Vanilla creamer. If I don't feel like coffee (or need it for the caffeine), I will make green tea. During the winter, I drink warm beverages throughout the day.
