Lottie, Those comments are the "penalty" from the Alphabet Spammer for having a Featured post.  That particular spammer has been a thorn in the community's side for the last couple of months.  We're blocking IPs by the 100s, but the spammer moves IPs and country sources, and we don't want to block entire countries because we have valid members in those countries.

Either report, delete, or disallow outside comments as you see fit.
