I don't recall this name.  After years around the real estate business the various solicitations of bright and shiny objects begin to sound the same especially just after the first of the year.

Cheryl Shurtz I have never been a fan of any pay for leads scam. To me the only way to truly "build" your business is to get out there and promote yourself face to face. Get involved in your community.

I've heard of them, but have no experience with them.

I would:

- ask for real examples of agent websites
- check if the websites are fast-loading
- test them yourself, complete a registration form and see what happens
- check if the example websites rank for longtail terms, especially pages that list properties - a.k.a. area pages, saved links.
- don't sign long term contracts
- make sure the domain name is owned by you. It's best to register it yourself.

I used them before they became AgentMarketing. Used to be ePropertySites and the product was good and good tools for SPW and marketing.  Have since moved on to what I believe is a better value in listingstoleads.com as they have a more robust set of marketing tools and constantly innovative and responsive to new technology and integration with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.

no, I have never used anything for lead generation other than my own use of existing methods that have worked for decades for people....we're listing agents and we secure our own leads for listings.....

direct mail marketing is what I use.... offline marketing is how you find listings.....online is how you find buyers.... do both....every buyer is a listing at some poine.... if it's a first time home buyer, they move in the future....if the are moving up, that's an immediate listing.

I have no experience with them.  I would call and find out if I was interested.  I would ask them for names of agents who are using their system and are happy with the result.

YES! For years I have and found them a perfect fit, I even use them over a FREE version of a lessor product I have available to me through my Broker.
