Not true. My systems work when I don't. 

After my mild stroke in late 2018, I literally didn't work for almost 4 whole months-into early 2019, yet I closed 1-2 deals per month with the help of my systems and team.

Systems are supposed to work when you don't otherwise you only have a job and real estate is a business.

many things work when I don't.  I haven't been to work since July.

My ON switch is never OFF.....

Unlike the systems mention, you have to work or you won't get results. You did actually have to set up those systems (work) in order to put it on autopilot.

Well SOME THINGS do work if we don't . . . if proper intent is set . . . if systems are in place . . . but even then, it's only because we already did all the work!

Yes/No/Yes things definitely are more likely to go my way if I actively work for it but the best "work" I can do is to ask a greater power to clear a path for me and hold my hand as I travel that path Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can!

That is true in a lot of ways but i also have systems that work when i do not. But it is rare that i am off to test it. My marketing is working when i am not. 

On the surface that might be true, but I have to say that Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor e-Pro, CRS, RCS-D, Vets makes a great point. I've been in that position myself. If you have systems in place you can keep a certain level of momentum going.

That depends - organizational processes can be put into place so that when you're taking time off, everything is covered.

Otherwise, I never expect anyone on my staff to work as hard as I do but, they always rise to the occasion when I take time off!

I would be lost not working because I love my work. On the other hand, I would love to have a system set up when I can no longer work.

I don't think this is true.  Life goes on with or without me.

It's all a matter of perspective ... right?

That is why "success" is only found before "work" in the dictionary.
