Not yet, but it might as it spreads. It's a lot worse than people think, and more people have it than what you here about on the news. It is expected to sweep several countries with millions being infected and thousands dying from it. Schools, churches, factories and businesses are shutting down. Many products can't be shipped out from several countries. Get prepared but don't panic. I bet you will soon see some banks and mortgages offices closing soon, and loan officers will be working from home. Don't underestimate the seriousness of this virus. A friend of mine in Taiwan says cases are doubling every week. Containment isn't possible but you can take precautions.

We can't fix stupid. 

It has not affected us too much as of yesterday, except that no one wanted to shake my hand at my open house.  I did get one elbow bump.  I have to think this much wealth lost in a short amount of time has to start affecting behavior.  And one child tested positive in Elk Grove and they shut every school in the district down.  That is panic.  Panic is usually bad for just about everything.  I do agree with Carol Williams , though. Real estate is the safest for now.

If you are going to be talking about it, you should read what the CDC has to say.  You cannot trust the media, they sell headlines not facts.  

The only way I've seen Coronavirus affecting our market is with even lower mortgage rates and increased buyer demand. We'll see if an outbreak happens in our area and what that would do.

spring break is here and it is bigger and better than years past.  

the summer is also on track to be better than last year because of a change from international travel and cruises.

It is a little already. My website traffic in lower and it is impacting my income.  Thankfully, my income is high, so it goes down 10-20% I will be okay + I have 6 months of savings beyond that.  I'm also lucky that I can work at home.

Our state and our county has the highest # of people testing positive.  Many schools are closed and I expect the rest to be closed in a day or two.

Avoiding contact. I am in the midst of national headlines.... It is not fear of missing out. It is how many will die here.

The only noticeable effect that I've seen was that Boeing Corporation purchased every respirator in town and shipped them to Japan for their employees (effectively saying "screw up citizens of Minot ND) and that it's hard to find hand sanitizer as well.

I do not see any changes to my business. However, last night when my husband went to the store, he noticed shelves were more bare than normal.  Especially toilet paper.

No virus ever has. Been through at least 5 epidemics and pandemics already; none were memorable.

I check the CDC's site for the truth, Ginger. We can simply no longer believe the opinionism (formerly known as journalism). It is simply media manipulation. 

My business has been strong and my only concern is if buyers are selling stocks to buy their home. So far, so good on that front - thankfully!

Yes, people are on edge and have also lost a fortune in the stock market.  Consumer Confidence has dipped.  The foreign buyers are not as big a factor at this time as well.
