Without looking, I am thinking my last market report was in December, 2017.  My blogging has taken me in a different direction.  

My last one was the end of February. I'll do another in a few weeks. There are still quite a few new listings, closings, etc here so there might not be much of a virus impact yet.

It is good to be retired now that all non-essential businesses are closed in Maryland.

With the volumes of sales/listings, we get them from our MLS once a month, so have not seen what this virus is doing to March's sales.  I can say, we are seeing around 1500 new listings each week, and just as many going pending.

Doing market reports (and posting them here) was a weekly ritual for me up to the day I retired from Real Estate. I loved doing it as it keep me up to date and when someone would ask me "hows the market?" I could speak with authority Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 

My last one was yesterday, I complete one here in NH every Monday and post on my social media accounts. Listings and pending sales were down by half. This week i am expecting an additional slow down. As for closings, we are closing late Janauray and February sales, whch were many

My most recent market report was yesterday. I do at least a dozen of them each month and more after each quarter's end. Too soon to see impact of corona virus on our numbers...

I think a change is in the wind but we are not deep enough into the storm to gauge its ferocity. When we can make a month-to-month comparison, market reports will have more value.

I do them early in the month.  but there is  fair amount of activity on our daily hotsheet. 

Last one was five days ago, two pending, a slow on getting appraisal back.

Market limping along. I see some new listings.

Well they are not showing up anywhere at this time. I use ShowingTime stats to get foot traffic report. That is going to be a scream I'm sure next month or the next.

I just did mine for February so I'm all caught up. I have done a mini video calling it the 'Market in a Minute for XXX'. Short, snappy & to the point. Hopefully people will like it. It's hard to tell - should post it here & ask for suggestions.

My last market reports were for February 2020. I expect to see a few changes including homes being withdrawn but MLS shows a fair number of pendings, sales and some new listings in March.

Right now we are not supposed to do showings or have open houses due to the mandated Stay at Home Order - RE is not, currently, viewed as an essential business.

Not yet, Andy but, I'm sure 60 days from now, the numbers will reflect it.

And, I do about 30, sometimes more, each month.
