Still 24 hours in a day.  Amazingly, that continues.

Mostly long over due work projects and hours of calling clients and just checking in...no real work talk unless they ask about the market.

My wife is getting house projects done, as I'm too busy with real estate to justify any DIY stuff yet.

I am doing a bit of both as well.  My wife has been surprising me with projects daily.  You stay safe too!

Actually, I'm very busy though the activity is not directly real estate related.

One of those activities is converting that 'artwork' into something more tangible.

A few small projects that would never normally come to the forefront are now being checked off the list!

Yes, I'm staying busy with both. Yesterday we spent several hours working on the property, clearing rocks and branches and raking so that we can start planting grass seed in the back. We had to do it before it got warm because it gets pretty muddy. I also played my piano/keyboard yesterday for the first time in a long time. And I also did some work. It was actually a great day.

Even though Clark County hasn't been hit like the Puget Sound, the Guv's order shutting us down tonight has me working to accomplish what cannot be performed "virtually." Come Thursday I'll be working on Plan A, Plan B, Plan C and when the Sunny skies return I'll get back outside into that wonderful virus killing UV + broad spectrum Sunlight!

Still focused on work projects but working on motivating others here to get going on some home projects.  :)

Over the weekend i got some things done at home. Yesterday got a new bank owned multy, it is vacant so spent the day changing locks and doing the appraisal. Resales all but dried up and on hold until this ends

Both. Spring listing inventory preparation, closings happening from a loaded pipeline for work. Totally rebuilding an adjacent lake camp bought for the grandchildren this summer. Hardwood flooring all bought and ready for last project once painting, electrical, plumbing is done. Be careful on your end Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS .
