No, the thought of wearing a "211 mask" as I heard them called (aka the "armed robbery mask") into a 7-11, gas station, bank, etc. is not something I expected to do.  I'm glad I have N95s and surgical masks, so at least I don't look like a thug going to rob the joint... especially since I'm usually armed.

No.

I've never had any such thoughts.

Oddly, in my county, Santa Clara County, masks are only recommended.  😷

Hi Paul- I do wear a mask when I go into a store and so far, outside of walking outside, that's the only place I've been.

Indeed! Still can't believe that is happening. Gas stations, banks, lots of places that were currently a no-go on that.

Not there, or anywhere else, for that matter.  However, how would a storeowner distinguish between those who are of concern and those who are not?  We shall see what happens....thankfully, crime seems to be down!  One blessing among this madness!

Lots of unacceptable things happening these days, masks on at the bank and a bunch of rednecks taking over state capitals with assault rifles.

We are in deep Sht.

Interesting to note that this was standard issue in the Cowboy days & was worn around the neck until needed. Bandits found it handy too. Today, if anyone gets held-up, how do you answer who did it? They were wearing a mask?

I know that I won't be wearing a mask or bandana into a 7-Eleven partly because I don't go to 7-Eleven, haha.  I did see that Kathy Streib did a grab and go with her mask on, haha.

We are not required to wear masks here.  Our mayor is the former sheriff, which may have something to do with the reason it has not been mandated here.

Paul,

It is very common before the breakout to see people who had a cold or a face cut to wear one in west coast. That may be why we do not have nearly the problems than east coast. Now I see homelss stand on the street corner all wearing one.
