Back in the day when the beginning of the Internet I paid for some PPC from Yahoo when Yahoo as a search engine was just as popular as Google. I don't remember getting any specific clients but I did notice being higher on both Yahoo & Google rankings due to that advertising. Luckily I joined AR and learned like everyone else on AR how blogging increases your ranking and haven't done any PPC since.

As you know, without traffic, one gains little benefit from a websit4e.
I budget $5 a day (per key word) for the purpose of list building.
I am aware that the 'click bait' is only one component of three the consumer needs before committing. Some will say there are five. When a conversion is dependent on possibly five validation points. suggesting one to be most important could be misleading. Most PPC campaigns fail because the landing page does not CLEARLY  align with the bait.

A real estate agent may market to a select market and offer transport, curate, clean-out, clean up, as menu options. Although these appear to be keywords, they will nver resonate or be used by the target audience. Those who will respond, and a great many will, will be the wrong audience and the agents time is wasted going down the rabbit hole.

I believe the only adv/marketing an agent NEEDS to do is FB. But there are SOOOOOOooooooo many optiions.

I don't use pay per click but Facebook gives the cost.  My current ad is costing almost $20 per click.  Seems like I wasted $100.
