The email system has been experiencing problems... so it's not unlikely that your "ticket to support" may never have been received.

It appears the system after a relatively remarkable recovery is now experiencing "wonkiness".  

Lise Howe just asked the same thing.  As I stated in my comment to her: 

I have had that happen ... more than once.  That is why now I copy and paste the HTML code into a notepad txt document and save it on my device. That way, IF the post goes POOF ... I have it saved.  There are many extra steps I take with working/playing on this site. Overtime It taught me that I cannot trust it.

Sorry that happened to you...but it's not you! ARMS is pretty good about responding here so it's a good place to ask these kinds of questions.

I just posted no problems using Google Chrome as my browser to post. It may be a browser issue. Always create your post in Word or the like first in case you need to re-post. Sorry for the trouble.

 The ins and outs of our AR system take some getting used to. Trial and error helps to some degree.

Always save your blog before posting it.

Sorry to hear this, hope you have it backed up somewhere so that you can quickly repost it.

Time to submit another ticket. Sometimes, as with your first blog, things get lost in the scuffle. Suport is good at responding but the requests are heavy.

It's a good practice to write it elsewhere (or copy & paste it elsewhere) as a backup.  I've lost blogs over the years too, it sucks.

#1. Support is often provided via the member on the Q&A forum.
#2. Active Rain support monitors the Q&A more closely than the 'ticket' system.
Rule 1: Always create blog in Word or text doc then past to Active Rain.
Rule 2: Active Rain is like a box of chocolates........

If you posted it in June, it's likely not back. I have not received any of my posts back from June.
