Unintended consequences from some development work.  No intent to remove the leaderboard, but certain links are currently nonfunctional.  The devs are aware.

Today has been a tough day! Some development changes were made and caused a few issues. Keep the faith - it will be resolved!

Yeah. The dog image. I have gotten it too for the last couple days. Seems to be the product of an upgrade that had unintended consequences. AR wizards are working behind the curtain to make a fix.

The little doggie is not your friend but support is trying to get him back on a leash!

Growing pains from fixing or restructuring the system, I have faith that eventually ActiveRain will be back in a really good place.

Several members have reported issues with the Leaderboard. 

It may be time to delete that feature.

 It appears the leaderboard may be shut down. I am very much against deleting it, as it was a motivating factor to get me active on Active Rain. Once i got active and got results, such as new listings and buyers. Such as referrals from across the USA,  i was hooked. I may have never got there without the challenge though to rise the ladder in my area. The leaderboard now is a place where hard work and being loyal to bot active rain and all its users shows off. Of course the main reason of being active is attracting new business, but the relationships made with all of the Rainers, is experience, joy and friendships you can not buy. 

Same here. Happened last night and again this morning.

Michael, be sure to always CC ActiveRain Member Support for any issues like this.  They check this Q&A forum and forward fixes and concerns to the proper developers.

I hate it when that happens.
Over the years I have grown to interpret that to mean 'time for a break and a cold one" if time is appropriate.

Always create your work on another platform,,,,,even WORD, so when the Grinch glitch shows up, you still have a plan B.

The angry dog is back eating our SEO - the developers will feed him and the issues will be resolved. 

Yup, the dog is barking.  Eventually it will get resolved.

I haven't been having problems like some. Never heard of the leaderboard having any kind of issues before.

I think it has been that way all week.   Hope these errors get fixed soon.

It's been happening but I'm sure AR is working in it

Somebody I'm sure has addressed this issue....I've had a few but it seems to be fine again. They're working hard to put AR in a better place but it will take time and I'm guessing we all will have a few more glitches. Patience.  It will get better.

I just got the same error message.  They'll have it all sorted out soon enough hopefully.
