Love your industry and am actually contemplating doing that myself.

Our home sits on an acre and I certainly don't need that much land! I'm contemplating building one or two of these to use for Airbnbs or as rentals.  

In both the Lakes region and Seacoast NH, it was once common for every home to a couple of small cottages in the rear that were rented in the summer. Then came out fo state buyers bought everything up, knocked everything down and built mansions and luxury condos. I love this idea and hope to find the right property to do here in my area. 

I really like this idea and it really allows a lot of creativity for a homeowner with the right property.

They are cropping up everywhere in rural areas. Have actually thought of buying a few small grain silos to go with our outdoor entertainment center and creating that style of cottage on our property...perhaps I could get away with getting an agriculture tax cut if I say the guests are heifers and steers!

John, we are hearing more and more buyers have a desire for this too, but our zoning departments are so slow at change.
