It was certainly different. It was the first one Pam & I celebrated with just us thanks to the Bizarro World plague

Different cooking for just me and my wife instead of 24 us us up in the mountains.

Not a big crowd for dinner but other than that it was wonderfully peaceful. Enjoyed a spa in the morning with a mimosa and enjoyed hearing the birds chirp and the trees and flowers wave in the wind.  Gorgeous.

Only 3 people - my 91 year old mother, my husband and me.  We kept it very small to make sure Mom would be okay.  Miss having my children with me.

The love that drove food preparation was outstanding consisting of time, attention and care....

Instead of getting together with my parents and going out to dinner, I went to their house and mom cooked.

We spent it with friends instead of traveling to visit children this year and ate to our hearts content. Thankful!

Trip to hospital in the middle of a pandemic....DIFFERENT
Everything turned out OK.

Fewer people than usual, but we all still got drunk and argued politics and religion, so basically same as past years.

Ginger Harper this year Thanksgiving celebration was very different than other years.

It actually wasn't any different, it was exactly the same as the last 17 years since moving to San Diego. My bride and I pick up Traditional Turkey Dinner For Two and enjoy a picnic style feast watching movies and relaxing. We also take our dog for a traditional Thanksgiving Day hike. We are fortunate, the pandemic only has affected how I shop, work and workout, otherwise, it's a fairly abnormal-yet usual year ironically.

Fewer people and adult children doing more of the preparing of sides, salads and baking.

It was not different in any way. Not. One. Single. Way. 

Spending the Holiday by myself was different, usually spend it with friends.

Not really much different except the turkey was bigger than our ability to consume.

Zoom added a new and stressfree component for those who would have previously had to travel.

Yes it was the first time we ever had Thanksgiving at the Beach
