Brian England , It may depend on what time yesterday/today you tried.  Last night there was an issue with the new editor rollout that prevented tagging.  The developer team reverted to the previous code and it seems to be okay now.

Tagging more than 10 users has always been the limit - as far back as I can remember Brian England.  

And, if I recall, we can only tag people we follow and/or who are mentioned in the thread.

I think I figured it out ActiveRain Member Support perhaps the post that I was reblogging had already tagged 10 users and so on the reblog me tagging that user makes it 11?

Yep... that's been the case forever, Brian England .  What you have to do is go to their profile, copy their profile address and paste it into the blog.  It's a PITA but that's what I have to do for my Second Chance Saturday post when I tag more than 10 each week. 

If you are reblogging something that already has the maximum 10 tags and you are adding a tag just do the one tag manually and you should be good to go!
