May I suggest you read the NAR Fiduciary Duty Brochure

then write a post sharing your opinion on what you believe is the most important fiduciary duty?  

Once you read and understand the duties you will likely have a good idea of what happens when the duties are not fulfilled. 

They are all equally important.
