Thus far, I have only hired professionals to do my videos.

When I create videos from still photos the camera I use is a Cannon EOS T-6 Rebel.

Canon EOS 80D.
When doing the 'How to's' I include a GoPro and the trusty iPhone.
Be aware I also use lapel mics that feed directly to the camera when I have a speaking part.
Why do I use a BIG camera? it easier to hold steady when hand shooting. Most of the time all cameras are mounted.
It should be noted this camera is not suited for long duration shoots meaning a 30 minute uninteruppted session will cause auto shutdown due to over heating.

Currently using Canon 6D & 7D cameras with 24-105mm lenses on both, BUT have been wanting something a little less finicky with a brighter output. Thank you for this great question. Excited to see the feedback!

Currently, smart phone, Sony A6000, Sony A7III, or Panasonic ZS70. Depends on what I'm doing. There are numerous camera and lens combos that will produce good quality video if person shooting has some experience. Video editing is another matter.

If you are referencing real estate videos, we use the camera owned by the professional photographer whom we hire. (That is...the pro uses it.)
