Looks like VistaPrint is leading the way with comments thus far. I have used that company for a few things but not postcard mailers.

I use vista print and prospect plus dependng on the job.  They always have specials.

I've been using ExpressCopy but am also interested in other options (not VistaPrint, I don't think their products are high quality). ExpressCopy does provide discounts on a regular basis.
