New ideas and services are always welcome.
Such a  program would be an addition to the tool kit of  benefits an agent can offer to those choosing a professional for their home buying and selling needs.
I do not believe it delivefrs sufficient deliniation to be worthwhile. But, I can see little effort is needed to repurpose the deliverable to create more deminsion regarding the benefits to the AGENT.
Be aware, agents on Active Rain, like myself, have been in the business since God made dirt. We been using the stuff that works for us for 15 years. We are not a good test group for New Things.
