However, the acquisition of ShowingTime by Z would be enough to cause me not to use the service ... despite the fact that I never did use ShowingTime.

Have not heard of BrokerBay, We currently have Showingtime through Bright MLS. We used CSS until they were acquired by Showingtime. I preferred the CSS platform over Showingtime , so would be interested in learning more.

I have found that sometimes change is really good, especially when a relied upon service is not keeping up with the times and continuing to improve their service.  Our MLS has used ShowingTime for quite some time as well.  I don't have any experience with BrokerBay but I hope that it will be an improved service for you.

With ST being bought by Z, our MLS actively searched for a good replacement.  I have seen the video for Broker Bay, and they WERE supposed to be in place by August, but they were having trouble merging data with US MLS info.   Looks like a good platform.
