Business seems to be up for downtown Chicago condo resales! And, the activity seems to be growing not subsiding. May not see a big drop until rates approach 8 percent. It is the historical glass ceiling.

Housing shift? Same as last 2 years: prices are still high, the low inventory in residential and commercial fields, multiple bids, still the seller's market. I did notice the lenders activated a bit.
