Ok I'm back and it's all settled now.  Tonight is stuffed peppers (yummy they have  a spicy Mexican taste, tomorrow is  a fabulous Chicken Veggie Chowder & Corn Bread for after golf tournament and on the 4th we'll  be grilling steaks and corn on the cob. with a salad. All three days with friends - fun holiday!

One of my favorite subjects this is. Looking like rotisserie ribs. Rubbed down the night before and allowed to marinate, then put on a slow roasting spit for about 1 hour at 400 degrees using indirect heat. Juicy, tender & delicious. Sauce served on the side (dipping). Fresh raw misc. vegetables, hummus and some Tziki Yogurt/cucumber dip, avocado and an artichoke...Prep is fun, cooking is fun and eating of the highest quality
