No, but aside from staging my first of the week real estate things, I'm not doing real estate either . . . LOL everyone's on the River this weekend so IF an agent calls with a showing request, I'm here but no other intake . . . the beauty of commercial is that our clients want to enjoy holidays too!
I HAVE however leveled and graded 200 SF in my backyard for solar shade and artificial grass to go in . . . Mox-zilla is not like her precious predecessor and takes exception to hot sand and concrete!

I worked a half day already 7am to noon and home now. Worked Saturday and half day Sunday too. Didnt have anywhere to go and as calls came in, i sold a few homes while everyone else hit the beach it seems. Its ok, taking a week off the first week of August for the 1st time in a while to get a whole week
