Oooh, Wrong Goal.  Too vague and no bullseye.


Agents always state how many houses they want to sell, but they rarely know if that will accomplish their financial goals. I could achieve $500K with 4-5 houses in La Jolla. But I'd need to sell 20-25 houses in Bay Park to achieve the same goal. 

My goal is to earn $500,000 in net income. Now, I do the math based on my production from 2022 expenses, splits and average sales price, etc. and adjust for the 2023 $$$ goal.

My goal is to do 10 seven figure deals. I have 2 in the pipeline right now, one should be done in February, the other around April. 
For all that, I can never escape a home or two - have one closing first of the week, 15 day escrow, LOL and that makes 2 this year. 

But those fall in my lap . . .
