The 5% Rule : setting goals that task you with just a 5% change for the better by a deadline. So many get lost in BIG changes. I go for 5% better per quarter so I'm 20% better per year...which is really more than 20% considering the Compound Effect.

My choice is personal.  

The last few years I have changed a lot of habits.  Don't really feel the need to change anything further.

Eat until you get the full signal then STOP! Eat healthy in case you ignore signal thus mitigating guilt. Everything else is under control at this time

Ever since I read Adam Grant's Atomic Habits, I noticed I get more done by increasing one little thing in routine tasks on my list. 

My life is GOOD William Piotrowski . Just like your question(s) about New Year resolutions and more, I will fine tune as I go along.

I have a few atomic habits I am working on.

You mean what DO I choose? 

So many. Here's one:
I tally water intake daily. TEN 16 oz glasses of alkaline water. Check em off as I go. First one before coffee. First 4 before food . . . 

Hard to do, but skin and waistline are happy! 

No changes are in the works currently!

Doing more exercise a little bit at a time.

Hmmm I am always a work in progress, or like a road constantly under construction. One would be eating less chocolate.
