I certainly did... it's been that for many years and I can't avoid all the reminders from our MLS/Association! Of course, I practice safety every day, every month, every year. That most likely accounts for the fact that in almost 31 years in this business I've never had even a close call.

REALTOR safety...  don't text and drive. Bring a flashlight for those dark, dank foreclosure basement tours. Think about rusty nails popping up in some repos you have to "wade" through and had your tetanus shot booster? Long thick chain and a dog dish big enough for a horse... CUJO may live here.
