I wonder if the rate of renewal of soon-to-expire listing agreements would be handled in the same manner.  I don't believe in term limits, per se, but do believe voting matters. And depending on the office they can be fired - every two, four or six years.   Such decisions can make a difference. 

 

Choose your representation wisely.  In real estate and throughout the everyday world.

I imagine the week of the elections will be a bit slower. Many think 2025 will be great.

I'll work on next years plan before the end of the year. Right now I'm pretty busy which is why I haven't been on AR much the past two weeks.
