I think we won't see much change for 6 months, it's going to be a slow go as other things are more important for the immediate needs (middle east and Russia wars)

He laid out a very ambitious agenda in his inaugural speech earlier and it appears his priorities are different now (as they should be since the national and international situations are much different today. Initially I don't think we will see much of an impact to real estate, interest rates, etc. but as other issues are dealt with and brought under control, my guess is that we will see a ripple effect.

I think the majority of US Citizens pick up on this Presidents "can do" attitude and his love of putting our country first. This motivates many like myself and I want to have that attitude in my work. The can do attitude affects everything thus productivity goes up and the whole nation's economy pick up... even for those who hate him and deny the positive state of our nation Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate . All the efforts of the positive minded lift everything/everyone else and like it our not wages go up with productivity and we will see blessing we have not seen in the last 4 years.

Am expecting good things to happen in the coming days but some opinionists will throw anything out there to see if it sticks. I practice real estate on the local level, which is where my focus remains.

If less illegals coming through the border, if there are 11 million undocumented folks in the country but it's time to go back across the border to their original home. That has to help the inventory of rentals and existing housing stock pressure Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate.

Expert guidance. Exceptional results.

Oh, the million-dollar question! Or maybe it's more like the million-dollar market, right? If only we had a crystal ball that worked! But alas, we’re left to ponder, speculate, and make educated guesses.

First off, let’s talk housing prices. With a new administration, there’s often chatter about how policies could shift the market. If the focus leans towards affordable housing, we might see some good ol’ pressure on those soaring prices. But, let’s not count on anything, because the market can be as unpredictable as a cat at bath time!

Now, onto rent. Many people are feeling that pinch, right? Changes in the economy can influence rental prices too. If interest rates rise, more folks might be renting rather than buying, which could push rental prices up. It's the classic supply-and-demand dance, and everyone’s invited!

Speaking of interest rates, the Fed is always in the mix. If they decide to raise rates to tackle inflation, buying a house could become more expensive, which might pull those housing prices down a bit. It’s a bit of a balancing act, but isn’t life always one big juggling act?

And let’s not forget new construction. If more properties are built, that could help ease some of the pressure on prices in the long run. But let’s face it: finding good help in construction these days feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack!

As for agencies like the CFPB, they’ll likely be keeping an eye on everything starting with how policy changes affect consumers.

So, while we can’t look into that crystal ball, just remember: with each administration comes change, and sometimes it feels like playing a game of Monopoly, where prices go up and properties change hands. Keep your eyes peeled and your snacks close; this real estate ride is bound to be interesting!

He needs to take the bull by the horn in CA to prevent the illegal Great Taking (theft) of private property by fire as occurred in Palisades. He must fill the CA leadership void and address the many problems preventing proper recourse for Palisades homeowners:

Mortgage payments eliminated on burned structures

Building codes for single family homes restored and requirements for fire retardant roofs as in Orange County.

Reassess property taxes.

Above all, prevent the coup of eminent domain against homeowners.
