I have never purchased a pre-construction condo for myself. I know many who have made a good deal of money doing this!  (... or say they have.)I recently attended a "Realtor Only" event, hosted by Anthem Properties.Anthem Properties are developing WATERFRONT. Anthem Properties is the developer - who have a long history in Vancouver.I reserved a 1 bedroom condo in the Waterfront Executive Lofts for $375,900 ... for ... you.I have to arrive ... with ... you ... by Saturday and put down 5% ... with an additional 10% due within 90 days.The sales people expect the lofts to sell out this evening.
