As a home stager and interior photographer, I pay attention to a lot details and light the rooms with several flashes at a time, which takes me about 1.5 hours on site for the typical Calgary, AB home.  But then I'm in it for at least that long afterwards on my computer! Well it's beginning of March, and the spring real estate market in Calgary is already kicking into high gear.  This is the perfect time to take a peek at what's been happening in Lake Sundance home sales. Last month, according to statistics of MLS listings courtesy of the Calgary Real Estate Board, 10 homes sold in Sundance.  All of the homes that sold in February were single family homes, and of those, 9 were detached houses, and one is an attached home.  The average sale price in the Calgary community of Sundance for February was $586,640.  The median for homes sold in February was $407,500.  We always tend to look at home prices in terms of averages, but the important thing to remember here, is with a sample of only 10 homes that sold in one month, just one or two sales can skew the ... 03/03/2010
