Garneau Edmonton Real Estate The Garneau Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been very strong and peaked out at $404/square foot in the 2nd quarter of 2010!  Garneau is a strong market, and this is not too surprising considering it's close proximity to the University of Alberta campus.  The last quarter of 2010 and so far in January and February of 2011 has been weaker for Garneau.  Garneau has actually dipped under $300 per square foot in 2011, although this is based on only one home sale this year.
