Kenilworth Edmonton Real Estate The Kenilworth Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been stronger than the Edmonton average consistently for almost all of 2009 to 2011.  The Kenilworth average selling price per square foot was highest in the 2nd quarter of 2010, which follows what Edmonton did.  Kenilworth also has slipped off so far in January and February of 2011, just as Edmonton has on a sold price per square foot.
