Equestrian Acres is a well established neighborhood about 2 miles east of Palmer on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway.  It is an organized community with its own website.  A nice park is in the center of the subdivision.As you will note from this map, many of the homes in Equestrian Acres are on quiet dead-end streets.
