Funny Story: Agents Never Return Phone Calls I am a property manager for an owner of a duplex that is currently listed for rent. The owner was at the duplex a few days ago and said a guy came up to him for some info about the duplex. The guy said that he had tried to contact me but that I didn't answer the phone or didn't call back. I said "he called me?" FREE Jazz Concert at Eastlake Park The free jazz concerts in the park began on th 4th of July this year. It was the first of a series of free jazz concerts in our local area parks.
