    And go figure it happened to me! Two months ago I had written a blog about hurricane preparation (Are you ready for the Hurricane 2008 Season) and provided a detailed checklist (in reference to the Ft.      May 2008 Market Recap Report   Here is May 2008 Real Estate Market Activity.  Each month I will highlight the current market condition and changes so check back often to stay informed.   During the month of May there was 149 homes listed in the Wiregrass Mulitple Listing Service (MLS) . The average list price - $172,967. During May 2008- homes in the Enterprise AL and surrounding area average sale price of MLS listings were $158,666 (up from First Quarter Report of $141,683). May 2008 yielded 99 homes sold - which means that ownership changed and the new owners are listed on the tax records recorded at the Coffee County Courthouse. The Average days on the market (DOM) for the month of May 2008 was 186 days. During May 2008 - the MLS percentage of Sale Price to List Price was 94.26...

As a military spouse have you considered putting your Real Estate career on hold while moving from installation to installation?  Just when you find your niche and you have developed a client base its time to up root!
