The average list price - $172,967. During May 2008- homes in the Enterprise AL and surrounding area average sale price of MLS listings were $158,666 (up from First Quarter Report of $141,683). May 2008 yielded 99 homes sold - which means that ownership changed and the new owners are listed on the tax records recorded at the Coffee County Courthouse.
