This MLS area includes the Owens Crossroads community and one of the more popular communities in Huntsville, Hampton Cove, which hosts a 630 acre, 54 hole, championship Robert Trent Jones Golf Course surrounded by tall oak, pine and maple trees, majestic green mountains and meandering lakes and offers some of the most attractive golf scenery in Alabama. The following table illustrates this market segment segregated further by price. Note the variety of market conditions across the various price ranges. In this localized market example we again see upward price pressure in the low end where inventory is limited...

This coming Saturday April 12, 2008 in Hampton Cove, AL will be the annual yard sale, and it is big. This is a good time to come out and find good deals. You can find name brand clothes, nick nack items, shoes, and miscellaneous stuff. The traffic does get a little hectic sometimes but if the weather is nice out just park your car and walk to the different neighborhoods. Come out and enjoy the fun of looking and buying stuff at cheap prices. For more information about Hampton Cove, AL, and the different neighborhoods.

I worked so hard this week getting prepared for two Open Houses. I done all the prep work before hand, and advertised, put out 8 directional signs with 2 balloons on each sign. This was alot of work, and I didn't have nobody come by either one of them. This was alot of work that most sellers don't realize. I love doing them if I had some traffic come through. I will keep doing them because eventually one day it will pay off for me. I want let this get me down. I have to stay motivated, and I always think to myself even though there is no traffic coming through that other people in the neighborhood see me out there ever Saturday and Sunday working so hard that when they decide to sell they will call me first! Does anyone else feel this way?
