  LUNCH IS SERVED! DREAMLAND BBQ and CHASE LAKE CAFE  YUM!!!   Businesses and their employees in the Chase Corporate Center offices in Hoover AL were recently treated to a delicious lunch courtesy of the building management, Sandner Commercial Real Estate!            The annual thank you lunch was catered by Dreamland BBQ and included their famous ribs, chicken and sides.  Mark Giorgi, new owner of Chase Lake Cafe was there too providing some yummies of his own!           The weather was perfect and many folks enjoyed their lunch outside where tables overlook the lake.......I think everyone from our office brought their meals back and ate in our conference room, where we were able to enjoy each other's company and some of the best food around!         EATING RIBS CAN BE MESSY - BILL IS ...

Recently, I came across another article in favor of staging, but the author commented that the price of staging was "quite expensive."  I have to say that I was really quite surprised by his statement, since the author was another real estate professional.   CHASE LAKE CAFÉ Chase Corporate Center - Hoover AL     There is a great little place to have breakfast and lunch that is conveniently located in my office complex called Chase Lake Café.  Not only is the food yummy, but the prices are very reasonable too!  They open at 7:30 and offer a variety of bagels and muffins, fresh fruit, biscuits, eggs and grits.  Lunch is served from 11:00 - 2:00, but they stay open until 3:00 Monday - Friday.   There are so many good choices for lunch I have trouble deciding whether to try something new or order something I've already tasted and enjoyed.  There are salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups......and they all sound good!  One of their popular special dishes is the Signature Vegetarian Lasagna.  They don't serve this every day, but I was lucky that it w...
