It was Friday afternoon, and I had just finished reading an Active Rain blog about the best day to list a home. The general consensus was that the Friday before the weekend was the best time to list.Well, I had all of the listing agreements and paperwork signed on this listing but the yard wasn't in good condition. I told the seller that I would get a sign up that day or the next but all of a sudden it was Sunday evening and I had not been by the home to see if the grass had been mowed.The seller called me on Sunday, "Hey Todd, what's the deal, I don't have sign in my yard?"
