The other day my partner and I submitted a bid on some property. We received a counter offer with a note attached by the other agent. To make a long story short the other agent told us how the sellers were upside down and how much money they were brining to the table. Not to be rude but that is not my problem. I relayed the pertinent data to my buyer and we let the counter expire. I understand the seller's problem and again I'm not trying not to be caring but business is business. Well I hate to admit it but yes I have known and still know these people. Personally I think it's a blow to the American way of life. But on the other hand if we did not have these types of people we would still be stuck in the 1600's and I for one would like to go back and see it but I would not want to live in that time.
