I bet when you first read the heading thought or visions started creeping into your mind.  Maybe it was a client you have now or one you had in the past.  Of course you know this is going to be real estate related so how can I use connotation in real estate?  Well the meaning of kan' e ta'shen is: logic possessed by all the objects in a term's extension.  The terms extension is the real estate contract.  Keep your clients abreast of all that's going on so there are no surprises.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

Don't read anything into this.  No revenge here just straight up talk.  Put yourself in your client's shoes and tell me do you keep them informed about what's going on?  If it were you would you feel comfortable?  If so congratulations and my hats off to you if not then work on it.  Have a good day.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

Don't you just love it when you're thinking of a word and you think you know how to spell it? As your looking another one jumps out at you that fits what you're trying to say better than the original.  That's what happened here.  The meaning of (ka'dre) a small unified group organized to instruct or lead a larger group.  We are the cadre to your clients.  Take control and lead them through the real estate transaction.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

This is why I don't do this.  I have wasted a lot of money and time when I do this that is why I type everything because of my handwriting.  I just hate it when I did this in the past.  But never fear I don't have the worse of this it is reserved for my buddy.  His hen scratch is by far in illegible in anyone's imagination.  The meaning of (niks' e) a piece of mail with an incorrect, incomplete or illegible address usually not deliverable.   Make it deliverable in your writing or contracts you'll be happy and so will your clients.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

Ok in my former line of work we did this all the time.  Of course this was not about the general public but other law enforcement people it was just common practice.  Was most of it true of course it was so maybe we did not do this?  But and I caution you in this "politically correct" society that we live in you need to be cautious.  What is the meaning of (mal' e dik' shen) a calling down of evil on someone, evil talk about someone?   Don't give your clients anything to be malediction about you.  Be honest and fair dealing and they have no reason to talk bad about you.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

So as the story goes a young man was making faces in class.  The teacher approached him and told him this.  "When I was young I was told if I made faces my face would get stuck and it would look that way for life".  The young man thought for a moment and told the teacher "Well you were warned".  Don't make faces when you tell your clients about the market, you've been warned...J

For those who are still in the business remember when you represented the seller no matter who you were working for "buyer beware" phrase.  Now there are forms for this and forms for that some are good and some are not so good.  So I was wondering what the future holds for agents and how many more forms are there going to be.  Anyway by the time it gets to bad I'll be retired again but it gets one to wonder when the forms will stop.  Just thinking out loud.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I don't have any but I have in the past.  Don't you just hate it that first impressions sometimes mask the true inter self of the person?  I have fired some of my clients because of this what about you.   We will all experience this several times in our career but don't let it get you down. Now for the meaning of splenetic: bad-tempered, irritable, peevish and spiteful.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

So tell me if you ever heard of this one?  I tell you this real estate and the meaning of some words you can associate with it is endless.  Just take a look at all the words wordsmith and its associates have generated and this is just one more.  The meaning of per am'byoo lat: to walk through, over, around in examining or inspecting.  Have you and your client's do a final perambulate of the property.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home

That's right you did not read anything into this at all.  What can you do with a 5.00 that's (five) dollar worth of steel?  You could use it as a paperweight and the profit you would make is 0.00 or you could use it to throw and the profit would still be 0.00  Well let's see if you made horseshoes out of it you could double your money.  How about needles now it would be worth 350.00 and one more how about springs or wheels for a fine watches now you're talking 250,000.00.  So now I ask you what can you do with a 5.00 bar of steel.  How can you mold your clients into what you need to do to complete the real estate transaction?  The decision is yours and yours alone, think about it.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I know there are those of you out there who think some of the top producers are just lucky.  I know I did for the longest time.  Now that I'm in the real estate business I know it's not luck (there are exceptions) but its hard work.  Its 08:55 PM and I should be getting ready for bed but no I'm writing a post and thinking about what I'm going to do tomorrow to get more clients are you?  It's a great day to buy or sell a home

So tell me what motivates you.  Is it the green stuff?  What about providing for your family is that your motivation.  The point is find out what motivates you and use it to grow your business.  Who knows during the phase of finding out what motivates you; you may find there are more things than one.  Use those motivations to do one more call, one more door knock, and one more cold call.   Remember for each no you're one more closer to a yes.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together?  You go out and get a listing, put it on the market and in a day or two you get an offer or even better you get the buyer to boot.  Oh! the dreams we dream.  It does happen sometimes but in the real world you need to caution your sellers it may take some time for this to happen.  If so you are a hero if not your defiled and treated as a no good agent.  Victory is sweet but defeat is sour.  Price the property correctly and you're a hero take a listing you know is overpriced and you're an orphan.  The decision is yours what will you do?  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

Some people think this is lucky.  Others avoid it like the plague.  As for myself I make no comment either positive or negative.  I have nothing against it but I also have nothing for it.  You find it at casinos all the time.  You may be wondering what septenary means well ok I'll tell you it means: of the number seven.  At slot machines the number seven means you're a winner.  Seven or no seven you're a winner in my eyes for staying in this business.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

From my family to yours may you have a kef year.  This phenomenon may or may not be but it's nice to think so.  I would like this for the world but then reality sets in and that is a sad thing.  It's nice to think this and one can only hope.  The meaning of kef well that's the easy part its: well-being; a dreamy condition.  I dream of a world at peace.  I dream of no killings no bad feelings and no crime, famine, and so on.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I do this everyday.  Does one ever get is 100% or course they do.  Now my question is do you have this perfected.  If you don't are you working on it and if not why not.  It's your livelihood and your business and your clients deserve the best from you.  The meaning of technic: to weave, build, join.  Build your technic, join with your clients and weave that container into one massive business.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home. There was this agent in an office I had worked in that worried about every detail.  While it is a good thing to make sure all the bases are covered she carried it to the extreme.  I'm not joking when I say she would go from one agent to another showing them the contract and getting their input about it.  Do you worry too much about the small things?  It's a great day to buy or sell a home. I sure try and do this with each of my clients.  Does it work all the time of course not but I keep trying.  But again that's why they make Fords, Chevrolets, BMW'S and the like.  I believe with every fiber of my being I'm the greatest agent, negotiator etc on the face of the planet.  Does everyone out there agree?  You get the idea anyway the meaning of synergy: to work together combined or cooperative action or force.  Be that synergy with your clients through the real estate transactions, it's your job.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home. I have and somewhere along the line I bet you have to.  I done things I haven't been proud of and it came around to bite me.  I don't as a practice just try and do something I really don't want to do.  Sadly to say at the time it seems perfectly logical to me.  Anyway the meaning of comeuppance:  deserved punishment; retribution.  Have you done anything you're going to admit that has in one way or the other came back on you?  Join wordsmith on Activerain.   It's a great day to buy or sell a home. As the story goes the Queen called one of her subjects and told him:  "I have need of you to go to another country and take care of my business."  "I have consulted my advisors and they all agreed you are the one who can take care of my business and therefore go and do what you do best".  To that the subject told the Queen:  "As you know I would do anything to assist you but if I take care of you business my business will suffer."  "I cannot go for those reasons."  To that the Queen responded: "You don't understand if you take care of my business I will use my authority and influence to take care of your business".  So take care of your clients and in return your business will prosper.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
