No,this is not blog posting about the weather, but rather an unhappy seller (the Rain) and a happy seller (the Sunshine). Let me explain.This past week a vacant land listing seller who, less than 2 weeks ago thought I was doing a great job, talked to a friend who also was a real estate agent. Discussion it appeared turned to social media and how my seller’s listing did not appear on social media.NOTE:  I do not pay for social media as in this area people drive around as well as all vacant land listings are on various real estate sites.
