Too bad my brother in-law that does video editing for a living could not help me look normal instead I'm stuck trying not to look too awkward. Please forgive my first attempt at a video tour and my first jump into the pool of video editing. Much credit and love goes out to my Active Rain community all of whom have been an inspiration to me to go out of my comfort zone and shoot a video.   My plan is to go around the different subdivisions of Ahwatukee and record a video for each, that is about 20 videos. Only 25%, a total of 14 of these homes were Cash Buyers. Almost 50%, which is a count of 25 purchases, used Conventional Loans, showing most buyers are using conventional loans instead of cash. Federally backed loans were a total of about 28%, 12 were FHA buyers and only 3 were VA loans.
