The average home sold at 99% of the asking with the highest one selling at 102% of the asking price and the lowest being sold at 95% of the asking price. The average days these homes were on the market was 58 days with the fastest one sold after 40 days on the market and the longest was 83 days. Mountain Park Ranch is a master planned community in located in Ahwatukee. It is has great views, about 5 lakes and 3 private recreation centers for its residents to use.   Homeowners in Mountain Park Ranch have access to these private recreation centers, which have tennis courts, volley ball courts, pool and other amenities 7 days a week.
