Mountain Park Ranch is a master planned community in located in Ahwatukee. It is has great views, about 5 lakes and 3 private recreation centers for its residents to use.   Homeowners in Mountain Park Ranch have access to these private recreation centers, which have tennis courts, volley ball courts, pool and other amenities 7 days a week. The pool in the recreation center located on 15216 S Ranch Circle Drive is heated but the others are not.   Mountain Park Ranch had 17 homes that were successfully closed in the month of May 2012.
