We have some learnings to share about our local Craig's List in Phoenix for buyer's, seller's, and real estate agents. We've long used Craig's List as part of our online marketing plans. It's a small piece of a complete marketing plan, but nevertheless, a piece of the puzzle to gain exposure. There's an interesting trend with Craig's List that makes us ponder if and how long it will continue to be an effective online marketing tool. Over the last 12 months, we've been getting a greatly increased load of spam in response to Craig's List ads for listings we post to the Phoenix based forum. The amount of real leads has gone down and the amount of junk responders looking for you to respond back so they can capture your email has gone WAY up.
